With over 15 years of counselling experience in the Fredericton community, I value building trust and fostering connection in the therapeutic relationship. 

Working from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and dialogic approach, we will work together at a pace that feels safe for you. My practice is focused on the context of your life and what your experiences mean to you. 

Our work together may take place virtually or in an office setting. On nice days, we may opt to go for a walk. 

I am registered with Blue Cross and Johnson Insurance, and my services are covered through the Non Insured Health Benefits program. Please check with your provider to confirm that the services of an MSW will be covered under your plan.
